" If TPI signs with Bemer you can bet that the stock will rise over $2
with ease..." *************** MB, I think you are being much too conservative. If TPII signs with Bemer, we will be at 5.00-6.00 within 2 days !

MB: Re: Vertex 2000

The last I heard from Bob Bemer (late Feb?) was that the V2K Beta program was complete. There were several changes made to the product to accommodate situations discovered during the test. That's a typical situation with Release 1 Betas and shouldn't be considered a problem.

It was then up to TPI to sign up a joint Beta site where they could do their own independent evaluation. I haven't heard of any progress with that step. Until that occurs, I don't think there will be any licensing arrangements between the two business entities.

There are ongoing development activities to fill in the product's gaps. This is typical of new products, and indicates willingness of the developer to provide the finest available product. Software products are NEVER "done".

There is a strong possibility that the business climate has heated up such that Bemer will be signing up other interested licensees. These other licensees would probably also be diligent enough to require a joint Beta program before signing. This is my opinion, only.

Time's a wasting.
