Hey Jack and all,

This stock isn't down because of bad news, watch- you will start to see the ask go up. I'm going to put my neck on the line here and say that we will close on the upside. Something must be going on here regarding Smith Barney. Time will tell and I'm not selling, screw em.

This appears to just be the "Blue Sky" restriction which is typical of BB stocks in general. Until Blue sky is authorized (generally a state mandated restriction) brokers can not solicit the investing public to buy a stock in that state.
