What we know about the stock is from the company.
37 million shares, 30 million owned by the CEO, unrestricted
7 million in the float

From calling the Marketing partner and the Web designer, they are not being paid in shares.

Personally, I don't think the MMs would have let PNLK peak in the mid 5s and then go into another long period of dormancy; the run over the last few days definitely had legs to reach 6-7, and I think they would have gunned it up to that level if this was all she wrote. I think they're shaking us down to pick up shares again, in anticipation of some serious momentum trading over the next couple of months.

I find it hard to imagine that PNLK will not enjoy another run very soon. The concept is so sound, and the company's partners are well chosen. The barrier to entry in this field is high: remember that PNLK has spent two years developing the site and the vast array of international relationships necessary to make a go of this project. As Ice Cube and Rudy pointed out yesterday, there's still much we don't know about the company; and I certainly agree that it's hard to see this as an investment to retire on (I'm 31) until we see how the company performs as an operating entity. But what we don't know about the business fundamentals won't necessarily dampen the investing and speculation of traders with short- and medium-term timelines. Net stocks are valued today for concepts, position, perceived long-term promise. PNLK delivers on these and, I think, will be rewarded very richly, at least in the short and medium term (meaning: one month to 2-3 years).

I just wish I had more cash to buy in again while PNLK is cheap!
