i must preach to everyone that having a balanced porfolio is teh key to long-term success. i have run the secret balancing methodology on DGIV and came up with the following: Perfect Equilibrium = 1.3 x DGIV + .15 x Cash + -0.45 x credit cards this is how it works if you have 10,000, you: 1) buy 13,000 worth of DGIV 2) take 4,500 off the credit card 3) keep 1,500 in the bank the equation was run on all publicly trades stocks, all debt yields, and all bank interest rates. dwlima :)
