Well, first of all the news is less than 1 hour old, second, it has moved into the 60s, third, there are alot of people who need to get "wakened", those who are frustrated.

Those who are not encouraged by this news should by all means sell their positions en masse immediately and I will get an nth mortgage and buy them.

I think it will begin to look more attractive quickly.

I would also expect a more steady stream of announcements detailing the real impact and timelines. Remember the release says CSMA announced it's intentions.
