this managment sucks even more than I ever imagened..has anybody read the ammendment to 97 10K yet....go to Edgars filings.... I could not believe it.....this company looses money year after year after year...issues more shares every year to stay afloat...dilutes our sharevalue.....and the mgt rewards themselves with generous bonuses and option packages.......Parella has options issued over 3 Millions exercise price 50cent 75cents etc plus Bonus of 250 000 for year 97 He has been juggling with this company near bankruptcy for year..... award after award winning technology and this mgt can not sell it??? Is that a mgt that is entitled to any bonus ??????? never met a mgt. in any other company that behaves like that... this , IMHO, is CRIMINAL behaviour....scam artists.... the must all have a good laugh discussing shareholders rights and value.........now wonder they did not mention it in the previous 10k.. I am out of this company....whenever I should get as lucky as being able to sell my shares above 1$... I have been a shareholder of ncti fo 5 years...now I am convinced that through the criminal behaviour of the mgt. we will never , that is we shareholder ,will never prosper with ncti......... good day everybody........j.c.p.
