Maybe you could explain why Riley won't cough up the $100,000 needed for the audit, after all he stands to make 3-5 million on this squeeze, given his financial position it would just be pocket change to him and it would really help you shareholders to get out of this stalemate.. any ideas on why he won't help you guys out ?
