Hello Folks I did some DD on Rock in Edmonton at an investment show, then again in Toronto @ Pdac. The co said they were finishing the road, then drilling. So far so good, IMHO rock could really take off soon, I hope so as I took a large position in Jan-feb. Good luck to all. griz

Mon 11 May 98 News Release
Mr. Thomas Kennedy reports
The drill coordinates for the first three holes of the 1998 drilling
program at the Coiron porphyry copper-gold project in Chile have been
spotted as follows:

Hole Attitude Length
(degrees)

DDH 98-1 140/-50 500m
DDH 98-2 245/-45 500m
DDH 98-3 300/-45 500m

Rock has received confirmation from its independent consulting geologist,
John Ostler, that a Boyles BB537 drill rig is being set up at the location
of drill hole DDH 98-1 at an elevation of 2,900 metres. The initial plan is
to drill the first 100 metres of each hole with HW and then reduce to NQ.
Rock management is confident that confirmation of drilling commencement
will occur within the next two to three days.
Management has negotiated a private placement of up to 600,000 units at 50
cents to provide gross proceeds of $300,000. Each unit is comprised of one
share and one two year warrant to purchase an additional share at 50 cents
during the first year and 58 cents during the second year.
