micny.... Why don't you call Cymedix in California and ask about the patents that are pending. It's phone number is (805) 230-1133. I've called them several times and although I've had to wait on the phone for a couple of minutes each time I called, I did get to speak to a human voice.

MDIX has patents pending on its encryption, the electronic medical record, the universal interface and the entire system as a communications loop. The company is waiting on comments from the patent office. When they get those comments, they will respond to the questions. Once the Patent office receives that response, they will publish the comment and the patent for public challenge. That can happen as early as October, but its more likely to happen in February. Thirty days later, the patents are granted. And for the record, my new friends, I am not at all in any way upset with Peter's questions. To me they were warranted. Would it not be nice if all SI message boards had folks call to question the background of some of those who post? It is this sort of thing that will maintain the integrity of this board.
