JDN and Sally: Ditto on "Marty" - He chased me around trying to get me into the PTUS class action, with what I consider to be highly unethical tactics. I'm a lawyer, it is against our ethical rules to solicit legal business from someone you don't know - exactly what Marty was doing with me on PTUS and all of you on CMND. When I insisted that he speak with me via email, he went away - don't want to leave any evidence of his "bird dogging" for some sleazy lawyer. I would not go near him with a ten foot pole.

Not to mention that the only people who make out on these class actions are the lawyers. The company gets hurt, the shareholders get hurt, the plaintiffs get a pittance, and the lawyers reap the rewards. Maybe 1 out of 100 of these are legit, the rest serve no purpose except to enrich the lawyers.

Just MHO

MMs and firms are accumulating CMND now.
I think the Market Makers and firms that downgrade the stock are
accumulating CMND now for a cheap price. Once they've done, they
will upgrade the stock CMND , maybe said: "the price is cheap".
Then they will unload to the public again. imo.
