Sandra - just came across this stock today.... Interesting. They seem to be turning the ship around as far as their market focus is concerned. It would appear they have a solid game plan. The only thing that concerns me is their capital structure....lots of Reg D offerings with conversion rates in the 80% range..... that means as the stock begins to move ahead those who want to can take a 20% gain, and dump their converted shares...the selling pressure could hold the stock down on the mat for quite awhile.

Excuse my next question if it has been discussed here before... How many shares are issued and outstanding, how many shares are in the float as we speak, and if all the preferred shares, and private placement dollars previously invested, were converted to common shares at todays ask price...how many shares would be in the float then?

These are fairly critical questions/answers, which will determine how high this baby can fly if they turn things around as they said they would (by the end of may 1998).

The addition of a technical alliance with 3M has my curiousity piqued.

Anyone have any insight into my questions? Other points of views?

Bill
