Also mentioned in the conference call..

Was that the migration of traffic is going better now. They should have all traffic - except a 100 million minute per month contract agreements still in effect until end of '99 - migrated to Excels own network by year end. Not bad since the just finished quarter is averaging around 1 billion minutes a month.

I think that the 100 million a month commitment is to WCOM, so that means that around 10% of the traffic will stay with WCOM through end of '99. That will help drive costs down further.
