Off Topic... Henry, this is so incredibly complex an issue, I tend to think to some degree it really is dartboard decision time. Nationalism and its effect on monetary policy, trading policy, social policy have impacts that we Americans just don't understand to the same degree most of the Europeans do. We are not surrounded (yet) by economic powers which can toss us like cork in the ocean. It's hard to imagine all the complex relationships. It will be true test of "common" interests and how strong the commitment is to make a go of it. Regards, Tom F.
