Yep, Steve....I had my reasons and I'll give them....and another answer. 1) Re who I spoke to: I speak with several folks at RNTK/ITN from time to time and I have just decided (unilaterally) to be generic rather than saying Mark or Dennis or Mohan or Bill or Jim or whomever. I also tell them (no surprise to them) that I intend to summarize the discussion online if I think it's timely and worthwhile. 2) Re why I said "negotiations are proceeding": Firstly, my advanced age caused me to forget to answer that question earlier. Secondly, the words are mine. My interpretation is that as long as the deal isn't final, the negotiations are "proceeding". I suppose "advanced stages" is a fine thing to say, as they've been at it for some time. They can no longer be in "early stages" and are likely past "mid stages". I just figure "proceeding" is a simple expression of the status. Have a nice day. H.W.
