Correct. If your goal is to become a reporting company and you have the opportunity to effectively acquire a reporting company, you want them to be a near lifeless shell, BUT STILL REPORTING. Hey, if you already got the engine, the tranny, the rear, the chassis..do you look for a car body(shell) or a new car off the showroom? I like what was done. I like the immediacy of it(following CSMA share holder approval of course ). I like the low cost of the acquisition. I like the deal. TG
