>>>What moron would have bought the shares at the prices of the trades that have been executed? The stock is halted.<<

Maybe Arcane Lore's memory will be restored and he can tell us. <G>

... But it appears quite evident that it is most difficult for the illegal shortsellers of RMIL. Not much was mentioned on this board about the $.10 trade of 300 shares. Mr. Tonto is very persistent in painting RMIL as criminal, yet that act of the $.10 trade was criminal! It demonstrates very clearly for all to see who can be described as the criminals here. The act speaks loudly. Mr. Tonto failed to mention this act. ...

Let me first say that I think the word 'criminal' is a bit too strong. Given the volatility of grey market trading of stocks without market makers, this is exactly the thing one has to expect. Apparently $0.10 was the best price available at the time. I do recall someone offering $0.10 per RMIL share on this very thread at the end of March. If memory serves, I believe that bid represented a substantial raise from his earlier bid ($0.01/share). I guess he didn't want any more shares despite the supposedly imminent short squeeze. Could it be that person doesn't believe in the short squeeze? Well, I suppose not - he probably just wanted others to have the opportunity to profit.

No doubt you will wish to suitably chastise that person. Now, if only I could recall his name? ...

Strike while the IRON is hot.... And the Short sellers and MM's can not cover! EVERY ONE needs to call every RMIL shares held in street name into NAME certificate form!

A shareholder was approached to sell his shares to an unknown person. Farsight is the brokerage firm that tried to get the sale!

People need to call everything in NAME form!
