Peter, please be patient. If you feel these are valid questions, so be it. Go forth and do the DD that you fell needs to be done. I welcome any info you may develop, good or bad, to be posted to the board. Meanwhile, don't lose sight of the fact that this creep has no interest in being here. 'Cepting to put fear into the hearts of shareholders. Panic the shareholders into selling for "unknown" reasons. It's clearly his only goal... to me anyways. And I hope that most others here on the thread see "it" for what "it" is. Radar
