Mike, Not only that, but the NYT has no comics. That is as communistic as anything I've ever heard of. <G> I think Jack Reed of "Reds" fame is the guy you are thinking about. However, you have to remember back in those days that they were a buffer between the US and Nazi Germany, so attitudes change. BTW, the NYT once published some comments by me, so they are ok in my book. The rest of the rag is too boring to read, and without comics, the crossword puzzle is all they have going for them. But if you quote MB, you are a good paper. <G> MB
