TL & Thread... I spoke again with Taylor Smith at ProNetLink again today. I asked her to identify whether there are any restrictions on the sale of shares owned by the principals. She got back to me within 15 minutes to report that all shares owned by the principals are, repeat ARE RESTRICTED from sale into this market. The float of 7.749MM is therefore the complete float. She said the lawyers are continuing their SEC related filing work.,etc., etc.. When the CEO gets back from a meeting she'll try to get an answer to my question as to HOW excatly they are restricted.
