Interesting day today.... lycos is expected to announce a deal with AT&T according to analysts. They also bought some more technology today that will improve searches further. This is starting to leave Yahoo in the dark ages since Yahoo continues to use humans to surf the net. The net is getting too big and the technology for searching is getting much stronger, and Yahoo is not keeping up.

I expect the others to catch up soon and bypass Yahoo. Start and Netcenter will have a huge impact when they are up and running. I can't imagine MSFT has been just sitting on its hands all these months while developing start. I imagine the site will renovate the internet. The future will lie with those that have the technology edge and that is Yahoo's downfall.
