Kurt,

<<Seems cheaper to me for CSMA to issue 100,000 shares (to raise the 25k for the 10k), but not as expedient. >>

I would think that there are hidden costs to filing. Remembering that time is money,,,, I think of the time spent on delays when working with the gov't and lawyers and accountants. ChaaaChing!

How soon we forget. Remember that the "delays" in filing the 10 were attributed to the lawsuit. The effort in preparing critical documentation to effect the filing of the 10 would have been very time consuming and costly(far more than the 25K filing fee). SEC would ask questions that only the creator of the shell could answer--the same person who is in litigation with CSMA. Meanwhile, the attorneys and accountants would be billing away. And who knows, the answers may still never have been extracted from our old friend. HK would have had to get Torcamada(aka Ken Starr) to get the answers...and those costs would have exceeded 25K many many times over. After all, Ken has already spent $40MM of our tax dollars investigating people's sex lives and failed land deals.

Are we all getting the picture now?

So, rather than screw around trying to get info from someone who is suing you, walk away, extract the assets and move on and pay a 5% fee to have cleanliness and timeliness, both of which are next to Godliness.

5% is chump change.

BTW, I look forward to the day those warrants get exercised...$2 and $4!!!, OK with me.
