Perhaps the corporate counsel has the answers.

That would be Rebecca Jo Del Medico, I believe, as mentioned in previous posts.

Anyone in Florida care to try and call her?

Jan, you guys are the pros at this, if CASHCO is a non reporting company and has not filed to become reporting and there is no obligation to become reporting why would they need an exemption?

Lot's of people have pulled the wool over my eyes through out the years, I hope that this is not the case with CSHK. Even with all the doubt that your group has raised there are a number of us who still expect to make money on this stock once CASHCO get's their products to market.

For some reason it appears that CASHCO is being held to a higher standard than 3,000 plus other non reporting BB companies. Maybe there should be a thread to discuss the BB and SEC reporting rather than having CASHCO lost in all the side issue discussions. We all know they are just a start-up BB company that has hopes of making it to the big time. If there is anyone out there who does not realize this or anyone out there who does not want them to succeed thay should declare themselves here so we all know who's who and where they're coming from.

THANX JOE

What an entertaining and informative thread! I've just spent the last day and a half reading through about 600 posts and visiting various web sites. The FBN site is the greatest. I think they'll have a real niche market with their "Cradle of Civilization Compliance Kit." Now there's a unique twist on the Y2K problem!

Seriously though, thanks, Janice, Bill, jhild, TLC, TED, for providing some very enlightening information. Why is it that whenever they ask a question about the company, the answer is always, "Call the company yourself"? Is that what due diligence is--making a telephone call and believing everything that is said?

If you're a legitimate investor trying to decide if CashCow, oops, CashCo is a good investment, then you should be grateful for what these "naysayers" have done over the last week. For those of you that attack them for raising legitimate questions, methinks thou doth protest too much.

Now Janice et.al., perhaps you could visit the FAMH thread and lend Little Engine a hand.

Keep up the good work,
Scanner Man
