That would be a function of the frame provider, wouldn't it?
If World Com has the ability to accept ISDN at its entry
point, CT should just see frames dropping out of the frame
relay cloud.

I don't necessarily think ISDN is a good idea, unless you
already have it. However, I'm learning from the discussion<G>.
