No. But when the SEC/NASD implement those changes where you must be a reporting company to stay on Electronic quotes, those cos that ain't reporting will be sent to the pink sheets. You would then have to call your broker each time you wanted a QUOTE!!

That is why being a reporting company is SOOOOO important for the future.

does the reporting issue/opportunity getus off the bulletin board?

I wish it were that easy, Peter. But CSMA has passed prolly the toughest hurdle it had before it in order to get listed.

I am most familiar with NASDAQ listing requirements, though I think Mike Millis indicated CSMA was more interested in joining the AMEX. The NAZ requires a)Full reporting (which we now have) 2)A $4 share price, sustained for a period of time I don't know 3)At least one million shares in the float. (We have 4.5 or seven, as I recall), and a price above $1 on an ongoing basis.

There are a couple of other legalistic things, but those are the biggies.

So CSMA now has two out of four. I think, as TG as stated often, that the price will take of itself from now on.

Cheers!
Rick
