OT: musicguy Been playing at Tai Chi for about 14 years. I agree with you about needing the extra stress to fill out the day. Studied Yang style mainly. Love Push Hands, very difficult to find a good partner to practice with. I'm hoping to find some people here who believe they can invest and share strategies without screwing the other guy. I guess my idealism is showing through:) TMex's group is a perfect example of the kind of information (energy) that can be used if you can learn to follow it without getting caught up in it.
