Speculations on the tape: Investors are waiting for 1) FDA approvals, contracts, and Deals!!! 2) The financing, which is only available once the company financials are released. Based upon the above news, our COII will POP or DROP. Until then, who's gonna sell? Not having attracted day traders, or momentum players, NO one has a reason to sell until the POP or DROP news. AND, how many of the 20M public float is left for trading right now, versus being tightly held. For yet another 1 M share day, how high would the price have to move. Are the MM 's saying on their on the bid/ask variances, while trading at .90x.92: I can only cover my shorts, and make my $$$, by buying back at .83. OR, I refuse to naked short again for anything less than 1.00??
