Michael, I really hope you're saying this "tongue-in-cheek", as it make literally no sense. If MRVC were to announce a secondary it would get done at $20!

to enchance shareholder value .....thats what noam said.....

1. dont see them spinning out any of the subsidiaries....NBASE for example

2. split the stock........2for 1 or 3for 2........I think the stock needs to go higher

3. crack the door open for "strategic" talks.......ie merge or sell
Hard to see Noam giving up the ship.........

4. no salaries for management just stock at 30

any other ideas

I must disagree with you however advantageous it might sound. You will lose access to capital markets if that is the type of return you provide to your secondary offering investors. Good for the short- term, however, this reduces MRVC's financing flexibility in the long term.
