Well, I started dealing with the May put positions I had sold...bumped one position out to November...still have one more position to go...May 40's. I'm going to push these close to expiration on the hope for good news either from the Alex Brown conference, strong weekly or monthly scrip data, or good news from the "Opportunities In Medical Devices/Diagnostics Stocks Focus Of Investors Forum" in San Diego May 16. Still sitting on waaay too much stock also.

biz.yahoo.com

I am still very nervous about later in the year, but the stock does seem cheap based on the possibilities. If I understand they recently added some significant sales forces. IMO, either we start to see this reflected in the scrip data, or they're having to work much harder to maintain marketshare. In the absence of positive news on the pipeline, this would not be good.

My broker is nervous that it's having trouble holding 34...he seems to feel this is a key support level.

I can't imagine there's much to the buyout rumors on Yahoo for these two reasons. If they have confidence in their pipeline, seems unlikely they'd sell out now, I doubt the insiders would have been selling either. We shall see.

Good luck everyone.
