George,

>Ray,
I think you are becoming impatient.<

Of course he is. And who can blame him? Pull up a chart George! How much have any of us made here this year? It's May now.

>Yes there has been a lack of news lately, but when it is that quiet, something must be brewing.<

When something is brewing, word usually leaks out and you get at least a LITTLE upward movement on the stock. I haven't seen that here, have you?

>Someone with a subsciption to a technical magazine informed me that Swissray has reported selling its Empower unit for $5.5 Million.<

Wasn't that news released a long time ago?

.............................................................................................................
QUESTIONS THAT I'D LIKE ANSWERED:

1). Go to viwes.com and type in
SRMI. You will see that there were 13000 shares shorted in SRMI
in the month of April. I could cover those shorts 5 times MYSELF and STILL have stock leftover. So if shorts aren't holding this price
down, WHO IS?

2). Why is it that my 1st buy here was 50,000 shares and it never
even made a ripple in the price of the stock that day? Or even
that hour? Was another shareholder selling 50,000 at that same
moment? Who are the market makers here?

3). Who is handling the PR for this company?

4). When are the next earnings due?

5). Why are these boards so quiet?

6). Why is the company so quiet?

7). What is going on here?

Sorry George, (and SRMI), but I need to vent, and this stock is doing NOTHING!

Hoping for a better May,

VIPER-------<

P.S. The company needs more news releases and letters to shareholders to keep people informed. Lack of current news, lack of sales, and lack of outside interest has me a little concerned now.

Thanks for the response. Instead of selling my entire position I lightened up appreciably. If SRMI eventually turns out favorably I'll make a few dollars but won't lose too much if I'm wrong. Just can't get over lack of news, orders with disclosed prices, medical community response, etc. This just doesn't smell right- hope I am wrong.
