Pete, I beg to differ on RE Manhattan has heated up . i just sold my penthouse in Trump Tower fer big $ -g- seriously Manhattan has gone up substantially I do not have me source handy but believe Will is well informed ho ho ho. there are other areas which have heated up as well. i don't have time now -later . Hi Pete, How are you doing? Speaking of real estate prices - in the western suburbs of conservative Minneapolis we are experiencing over 15% inflation in home sales. In my neighborhood we have recently seen homes being sold for a 30% markup in nine months. I have no idea who is buying except for one in my community was bought by a fellow in his late twenties. Wonder how the PSU football team is shaping up? Joan
