GM,

It is easy! MSFT won't be allowed to ship W98 with IE to a US address. Not a problem. Those that want IE will just have to send in the request, or download it over the internet. (I will order the CD just like I did for IE4.0 - for $4.95) Those of us that want to use IE will just have to get it by asking. No problemo - "MSFT please send me IE. Thank you very much."
