LGND moving up on "heavy volume for today" 54000shares total traded! I guess all the money is flowing into them big caps since most of the small caps i follow have minimal volume today. So todays price move is not really significant whichever way it will go. But i'm sure our day will come....just not today and not before post 20000.

If you look at the 200 day moving average Ligand has been dead money for almost two years. But I think it is extremely unlikely that it will be dead money for the next two years. In 1996 the average went up 60%.
