Chuck thanks for the answers!!
.
I have "signed up" (I think) I hope somehow "you" know to have installed the correct "TRADE BUTTON" for my broker to be connected to it.
.
Some comments FYI:
.
Coming off the Wall Street Access Web Page to a DBC URL there is a screen than COMPARES the $79 system and the $150 system. They CLEARLY state that both systems provide OTC-BB quotes!! Yet you say DBC does NOT provide OTCBB quotes. Perhaps your Web page needs to be corrected.
.
The "30 day trial" It is not clear IF I have that available to me or HOW I would get it? I just downloaded the software today and it installed very smoothly and easily.
.
The software requested my VISA card # and asked if I wanted the annual pre-pay method of subscribing. I went with that. It was $708 discounted from $948 because you somehow KNEW I was with Wall Street Access for the 25% discount, I suppose
SO FOR THE FREE TRIAL:-
Do I just call up and "cancel" before 30 days if I don't like it? Then DBC refunds the annual fee charged today?
.
BTW (constructive criticism) the screen that asks for the VISA # was A PAIN. After I spent all that time answering all those questions I clicked [submit] and then an error message told me to go back and fill in something that I messed up on.
So I pressed [back] and all the data was erased! I had to RE-ENTER it all again (and again) I took me three times to get it right. Enough to chase away some people not as determined as I was to try your new system!
.
I should be "on-line" in another hour. I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Colin
