Lonnie, If FAMH claims to be a fully reporting company, 45 days past 3/30/98 would be the deadline, right? I know you are saying "We haven't even gotten 1997 financials." They were done a while ago and were being held for strategic purposes. They were originally delayed because Myriad had priority. Then they were to be released in conjunction with the ATXI merger. Since the deal came undone, we are seeing them in two days. I faxed this question to Preferred Financial for the conference call. Maybe it will be answered by Ira. BCfan
