(Nasdaq:TONE - news; Nasdaq:TONEW - news) announced that Orix Global Communications Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a master carrier agreement with AT&T. AT&T will be providing backbone circuits so that Orix may extend its ATM Network into Asia. The carrier agreement was entered into on exceptional terms and stems from the successful negotiations and settlement of a dispute between Touch Tone and AT&T.
