No - it was not me picking up the stock. I am bidding at 1/8, trying to average down (when I would much rather average up!), but did not get any. The market makers may be playing games - buying it themselves at 1/8, and then selling it to suckers like us at 5/32 and 3/16. In the process, they would only be risking about $12,000 of capital, which is pocket change for most of these guys.

On second thought, market makers normally operate from a short position, and so they had probably already sold the stock at 5/32 and 3/16 before covering at 1/8. This is part of the reason that the stock cannot get anywhere. And this is another example of why Tracer needs sponsorship from some legitimate firms, and an institutional following, which will make it more difficult for these market makers to play their games.
