George: Your assessment of Engineers as Leaders is right on. That is why the President, except for once, has never been an Engineer. The one time that occurred, it proved a national disaster. BAY could be the second.!

Engineers are trained to think dogmatically in black & white terms. Sales , Marketing and Leadership depend on Human relationships. These functions do not respond well to dogmatism but require people with wide band-spread and flexibility depending on the occasion.

Why are some of you boo-hooing about BAY so much right now because the stock isn't moving up-up and away? The company just turned in a bad quarter and can't be expected to be going right up....Things will get better in time! Patience will be rewarded...Hang in there!
