Pete, thanks for the Joepa update.

The Minneapolis real estate market in general did not have the hyper-inflation or deflation in the 80's. There was a small percent of homes were sold by the RTC and the fire sales did not affect the market except the prices stagnated for a couple of years. We had bought real estate during the 70's and sold it during the late 80's and early 90's. We did not have any problems getting the prices we wanted.

I can not ever remember price inflation over and above national inflation that we are seeing now.
