LE, I would think that if anything, that is a positive sign, given the closeness of the working relationship between the two. If anyone outside of the company would be in a position to know the situation of the company and to determine it's real value I would think it would be Tim Brink since he has spent a few months as a go between.

I spoke with Tim Brink also. He said that the contract had expired with the failure of the merger. He and his company had purchased stock, and that he was pursuing another contract to continue his relationship with Ira in the capacity of finding companies to acquire. At that time he did not have a current contract.
