market is up
DELL is up
IBM is up

BUT AS USUAL CPQ IS DOING NOTHING, WHAT DO WE NEED FOR A LIFTOFF?????????????????????????????????????????????????

I would not recommend anyone buy CPQ on my recommendation (not even my mother-in-law <GG>). Just my estimation of when the combination of fundamentals and PR could combine to justify a move. Hardly a cheerleader on CPQ at the moment, it is below where it was in November. Still long though, there is no question where CPQ will go eventually, just WHEN ???
