The price is at a 52 week low and this is probably the time to be adding to positions. The analyst will not recommend it here but will wait until it hits a 52 week high. Smart money buys low and sells high and the analyst talks the opposite.

Dper,
I think you hit the nail on the head. Price is falling on
declining volume. Not too many buyers out there right now. I
know that personally I plan to buy MO but not until I start to
see some momentum. Why sit on dead money in this market? Too
many places for shorter term profits. If I miss the bottom by
a few points its not going to make a huge difference when it
starts to run.
