Tonto, you mean the same facts that were used when the decision was made to naked short this one big time. You seem to not want to accept the fact that most of the shareholders here are in this one to combat the naked shorting which is widespread among BB stocks. Nobody said that this was a great company (yet).

Question regarding SEC, answer= NO

Tonto, It doesn't have to be "many" companies. That could be just one.

But it sure looks great to me! :-)

Best wishes,
Brad

Tonto,
Because of the tax obligation being resolved that means that $33,000,000 worth of
Myriad business agreements that were pending are now able to be fulfilled. Get it?

Tonto, Ira had stated before that there were a lot of companies that wanted to use
Myriad's services but wouldn't touch it until their tax obligations were cleared. I believe
that this was stated in a CC. It makes sense. If you wanted to use a bank but the bank
had tax problems, would you use it?

Jin.

Tonto said,

"Mr. Monas commented on the positive effect this will have on Myriad's immediate future.
"Myriad has in excess of $33 Million worth of employment agreements which have been
held pending resolution of Myriad's tax obligation. Firamada's settlement agreement on that
obligation allows these employment contracts to be implemented. This means over $33
Million worth of additional business can now be added to Myriad's books and,
consequently, Firamada's 1998 revenues. Needless to say, we are very excited as this
makes us even more optimistic about Firamada's 1998 revenue projections."

Does anyone understand this?

$33,000,000 additional revenue tied to resolution of tax obligation.
How come so many different companies have the same conditions in their contracts?"

Tonto, do you EVER have anything positive to say about ANYTHING? You haunted the
RMIL thread for months (and still do) with negativism, and now this thread. Exactly what
is your problem? I've seen you, also, on other threads and have yet to see you say
ANYTHING positive about ANY stock....always negative innuendo.

Frustrated in St. Louis

Dave

Tonto,
You state that you know what was said and done at the dinner meeting, but you want Riley to post it first.

WHY?

<<<There is a
reason I want Riley to give it out or for others to learn it and post it. I want
things on record.>>>

if you are sure you are right, then why not post it?
you want things on the record, what record?
either you know or you don't.

Interesting comments from you to someone else. Pry tell, fill us in on the meeting and what you were told and by who? Of course you want things on record, so answer your own question with your own answer. You brought it up, so fill us in.

It does appear that you opened yourself up to an investigation or deposition by RMIL, RMCW, and other defendants, or myself in Morks civil suit. There is only one way you could have known about this dinner meeting that Mork attended, and that's by a direct link to Mork or his brokerage firm associates that appear to be spoon feeding you and a few select others (mis)information. Well this could prove very interesting in the discovery process for us defendants!

To steal an unnamed brokers comments, "I can save you."

XXXXXXXXX, the information is available elsewhere, I am done for the time being giving out information. There is a reason I want Riley to give it out or for others to learn it and post it. I want things on record.
