Good afternoon everyone,

I hope everyone has a chance to listen to the conference call today. It's VERY informative in regards to the potential of this company! A couple of points:

1) NT firewall has ALREADY accounted for ~10 % of total revenues for the company...not to shaby for a product that has been widely available for less than 2 months.
2) The upgrades to the NT firewall will make this product even more VALUABLE to the growth of the company.
3) Margins are expected to continue to INCREASE...up to the high 60s!!!!!!!!!
4) Management is holding down the expenses of the company. It decreased their expenses by ~750,000 dollars during the last quarter.
5) Tradewave is currently accounting for ~10 percent of the total revenues of the company. The revenues being generated includes small amounts being paid for the PILOT programs that are currently underway. TP then went onto say that these are the type of programs that turn into the millions quickly.( I believe it was TP but it could have been BC) Remember that these pilot programs take any where from 3-12 months before a decision is made to expand the nature of te relationship. Therefore, it may not be unrealistic to assume that some of these programs may become something more substantial later this year. Once the ball is set into motion, we will most likely begin to witness a cascade effect.

I would appreciate your thoughts on the conference call.

Sincerely,

Jas

Always glad to hear from someone that reviews the not so recent past for perspective. Thanks for the congrats but I hung in in large part cuz I had nowhere else to go with my at that time huge loss. Always liked your posts on IREG, Bob - good luck to you!!
Now plan to ride this to 25 or so and move on to PFE as soon as possible - I believe they will split within the next six months. They act a lot like MSFT so I think they may be good for about 20 points or so post split which is more than CYBG can do in the near term after hitting the mid-twenties.
