Wes,

We'll see about increase in cash flow in due time. By this time next year, I would guess that ASTG will either be a flop with shares trading at .02/.03 or not trading at all OR it will have proven itself to be a profitable company. So all we can do is wait for financial reports which are invariably late.

An infusion of capital would of course be very good news and might afford ASTG the means by which buy out Proctor's position. For weeks now Joe Lanza and Dal have been strongly hinting that a deal for additional capital is imminent. If I understand correctly, management is about ready to sell a percentage of the company to an entity that can bring a lot to the table for ASTG. What have you heard?

Lastly, could you explain what you know about the Hartman/King Lawsuit, since I am pretty much in the dark about this. Thanks in advance. TJS
