So, what happened today? I've been distracted all day with all my BB jumping around and on top of that, work seemed to get in the way <g>.

I recall reading ...

Both companies expect to close this agreement by April 30th, at which time a press release with complete details will be issued. SEC filings and other pertinent documentation are currently being completed.

So now what, we sit and wait? I can't believe JA told someone that Press Releases cost money that they don't want to spend right now. Kinda funny since when CVIA had NO money, we had regular updates on merger progress and letters being signed, etc.

HEY JACK, here are some options on how to release the new merger details...

1. CVIA has $500k in the bank earning interest...use the interest to pay for a press release.

2. Use your web site to post a letter to shareholders.

3. Call some industry publication and entice them to do a story on you again.
