Last time I checked Melissa, Siebel is still buying that gorilla Scopus so its not like they are unrelated.

Its been VNTV's theory all along is that we are in a transition from selling multiple modules individually to selling suites of modules. The math is that you get less revenue by selling them as suites but selling individual modules is not an option anymore. You have a lead product (SFA or Support) and then everything else is just gravy to the customer. This has hampered some growth as CIS is definitely still in the 'bowling alley' (vertical market adopters (the pins) rather than mass market adoption (tornado). (in Siebel's case, the pins of the bowling alley are more individual huge customers, not even industries).
