What can they do if they're holding? The stock is as liquid as a brick !! A whopping 100 shares traded today. They may be stuck for awhile.

According to the CC, the deal with ATRX is still "on" but deadline is today and Ira was taken away from his lawyers for CC. I presume they were working on this but Ira did say that the deal was still in the works but apparently some opposition.
