Smart money is those dollars committed to Pfizer stock about 60 days ago. I think INTC could use a shot of Viagra.

There is a theory that the smart money (SMT) usually comes in in the last hour and buys or sells. This being the specialists and big institutions. Looking at todays close, I'd say it didn't apply to the buy side as a lot of sell orders hit at the close and knocked 37 points right off the DOW and even hurt intel a little.
