Look at the intraday chart. Lots of sells and the price drops. Lots of volume after the price started back up. IMHO, That's a shorting pattern.

Support buying come in at the 8 1/4 - 8 1/2 level. The shorts covering kicked in later.

Lots of momentum players have moved on to other alternatives.

Tony, I don't believe today's price action has that much to do with shorts either. Generally, news momentum has a two day window, and that's over for the latest on IFLY. Today the remainder of the momentum players exited imho, and as the price reached lower levels, the people waiting to invest in the stock stepped in. I didn't spend too much time today monitoring, but generally it was smaller 500 sells against bigger buys at the lower levels (which is generally a good indicator - though for such a cheap stock I'm not sure it has as much relevance). All in all the stock did okay and still shows strength.
Good luck all
