To All PNLK holders. I think most of bought this company for future potential and their business plan. Yeah I like profit just as much as next guy but as many messages before me stated we are not looking for one or two day profit like some people. When this stock goes up as projected in the future does it make any difference what the closing price was today. I am looking this as buying opportunity. Now I am telling any body else to buy just my humble opinion. Lets look forward to the future. Nice to have support in this group. I just don't understand those people who projected this stock being $ 7 or whatever by this weekend jumping the ship at $5 and now telling everybody to their own DD or whatever. John

Blue Sky is that the State's Securities Division has approved the security to be solicited in that particular state. Almost any security can get Blue skyed, it's just a neat little way for the states to collect another fee. I do believe that by getting a Moody's or S&P rating, you automatically get Blue Skyed in around 32 states, but I'm a little vague on the exact #'s. The ratings cost around 5k, so most companies do that as a first step because it's cheap, and quick. Most newly traded issues need to do these steps to get maximum exposure. Once this is done, brokers in the effected state can solicite the stock to their clients.
